and Print Re-registration Application Form
If you want to apply for re-registering
the service, please contact your distributor in time. Follow the
guide to re-registration under instructions by the distributor.
When your distributor obtains the related documents for re-registration,
the distributor will submit the formal application to the Kingdee
HQ. The Kingdee HQ gives reply within one working day after receiving
the application. After the application for re-registration is
approved, the distributor will ask you to log in to Kingdee customer
service center for re-registration to obtain the new license.
After the re-registration succeeds, please do remember to mail
the related original documents for re-registration to Kingdee
HQ. Otherwise, any future application for re-registration from
you will not be processed.
Once you apply for re-registration,
the system will automatically send an E-mail to you, your distributor,
and Kingdee HQ. If there are any mistakes, please contact Kingdee
at once.
Tips:
Please apply for re-registration
with proper precaution and make sure that you enter the correct
software character code of the PC that is installed with Kingdee
product. An incorrect software character code might damage the
product to function abnormally. You can apply for another re-registration
only after submitting the re-registration procedure documents
that are stamped by both you and the agent. Please carefully check
your software character code and apply for re-registration with
precaution.
Full steps of re-registration:
(1) Please read the "Re-registration
Guide" carefully. Under the guidance of distributor, you
can download and print the re-registration form, fill in the relative
information, make sure that you and the distributor both have
stamped the form, and provide scanned document or photo of the
relative material to distributor.
(2) While the distributor
gets the relative material (scanned document or photo) from you,
he will apply re-registration process from Kingdee headquarter
and wait for approval. Kingdee headquarter will finish the process
in one working day and gives a formal answer. The permission of
re-registration will be confirmed with the approval of Kingdee
headquarter.
(3) The distributor will inform
you of re-registration after the approval of Kingdee headquarter.
Under the guidance of distributor, you can log in the customer
service centre of Kingdee (http://service.kingdee.com/en),
click Registration and Verify on the left column
and click Re-registration to begin the re-registration.
(4) Please input the product
S/N and CDkey, and fill in the relative information, such as reason
for re-registration, customer's contact, etc.
(5) After you input the software
character code, you can download the License file to finish the
re-registration. And then, you can enjoy the product again.
(6) You must send the original
material of “Re-registration Form” with company stamp within one
month after you complete the re-registration. Otherwise, Kingdee
will not accept the re-registration next time.
(7) Kingdee will inform you
and the distributor while the original material is received.
