Tips:
If you delete the license or upgrade the product by mistake, please
log in to the customer service center using your product S/N and
CDKey. Click Re-download on the left menu. You can re-download
the license. You can normally use the product as long as the downloaded
license is imported to Kingdee product.
1. If you damage or delete
the license file by mistake, you must re-download and import the
license file. Otherwise, you cannot continue using the Kingdee
product.
2. If you want to upgrade
the product, please contact the distributor promptly. After your
order for upgrade application or upgrade becomes valid, the distributor
will ask you to re-download the license. Please re-download the
license. Import the downloaded new license to Kingdee product.
Thus, you can normally use the product after upgrade.
Full steps of re-download:
1) Open the website of customer service. http://service.kingdee.com/en.
2) Click Registration and Verify on the left
column and click Re-download. 3) Input the product
S/N and CDkey on the Re-download page. You can
re-download the License file and check the details about the License
file, download times and registration date.4) Download the license
to your local PC. 5) Import the license to the product.
